The seller certifies that the puppy is up to date on vaccinations and deworming, and is, to the best of seller’s knowledge, to be in good physical health. For guarantee below to be valid buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of purchase for an examination at the buyer’s expense. If the veterinarian finds the puppy in good health OR the buyer fails to have an examination done within three (3) days, the seller will assume no further responsibility. Should the veterinarian find a serious health concern, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within the three (3) day period and provide a written diagnosis from the veterinarian. The buyer will need to make the puppy available for seller to take to their own veterinarian for a second opinion within two (2) days of the written notification of the health concern. If the same health concern is detected by seller’s veterinarian, the buyer may exchange the puppy for a similar puppy, pending there is one available or will receive a puppy when one is available. No money refunds will be issued. Should the buyer decide to keep the puppy, all expenses and responsibility will be the buyers. The guarantee does not cover coccidia, kennel cough or giardia which are common in puppies that are shipped and are usually caused by bacteria. The guarantee does not cover death, illness, or injury resulting from the abuse or neglect on the part of the buyer. Guarantee is only valid for the buyer listed.
