Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place a deposit, and how much is it?

Paying a deposit reserves your puppy until they are ready to join you. The price of a deposit is $200 and is non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal to pay the deposit.

Do you offer a puppy health guarantee?

Yes! We guarantee that our puppies are all up to date on vaccines and deworming and have had a vet check by our veterinarian. Please see our puppy purchase agreement for more specific details.

What kind of puppy food do you feed?

We feed NutriSource Puppy Starter. I will send a small bag home with you to get you started. If you’d like, you can always transition to another puppy food, but please choose a quality food and keep your puppy on puppy food until at least a year old.

Will my new puppy be registered?

If you are purchasing a corgi or miniature schnauzer then you will receive a registration application. If you are purchasing a Havachon you will not receive a registration application. Though all our adult dogs are registered, because Havachons are a mix between two breeds the puppies are not registered.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we do offer shipping at an additional price. Cost of shipping varies pending time of year and destination, but generally starts at $300. If shipping is a need, please let me know so we can discuss options in more detail. All puppies must be paid in full, including shipping costs, prior to the puppy’s ship date.

What is included with the purchase of my puppy?

Your puppy will be current on vaccinations and deworming and be microchipped. All puppies are vet checked by our veterinarian around 7 weeks of age to ensure you are getting a happy and healthy puppy. Your puppy will also come with a welcome pack that includes a health record, registration application (if applicable), microchip information, a small baggy of puppy food and a toy.
